The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old
The GlenAllachie Cuvée Cask Finish
The GlenAllachie 2008 Single Cask
Curated and organised by Joshua Pang, this event celebrated 《誰在縫隙裡種光》, 林道錦's first collection of travel writing and photography, through a mini exhibition and an intimate author conversation.
A selection of photographs offered glimpses of the journeys behind the book, drawing attention to moments of light and everyday encounters that might otherwise go unnoticed.
On the exhibition's closing evening, 7 March, guests gathered at the café to discuss travel, photography and the process of turning personal experiences into a published book. The conversation touched on discoveries along the way, moments of uncertainty and the decisions that shaped the final collection.
With the generous support of Asiaeuro Wines & Spirits Sdn Bhd, the evening also featured three expressions from The GlenAllachie, giving guests an opportunity to explore different cask influences alongside the conversation.
The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old
A layered combination of spice, coffee, cooked apple and cocoa. Named World's Best Single Malt at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards. The GlenAllachie Cuvée Cask Finish
Initial maturation in bourbon casks followed by finishing in European wine casks introduced a different balance of fruit and oak.The GlenAllachie 2008 Single Cask
Notes of cherry, hazelnut and honey gave way to fig and orange peel, with a lingering warmth of chocolate and cinnamon.
Shared in the relaxed setting of the café, the whiskies accompanied an evening of photographs, stories and exchanges between the author and his readers.
